Daily Devotional (Isaiah64:6)

There is a huge difference between being moral and being righteous. Morality pertains to what you do. Morality is strictly self-willed or simply put,no divine assistance. Whereas righteousness is a nature -that is the nature of God. Adam was made righteous from the beginning but when sin entered,he fell from the glorious state. Romans 5:12; No matter how moral you are,the bible declares it as filthy rags before God because of the Adamic sin that has been transferred to man-kind. But thank God for Jesus Romans 5:19, the same way sin was imputed to man because of Adam's disobedience, so also righteousness has been imputed to those who believe because of the obedience of Jesus. Morality cannot save you. In the name of Jesus, I am born again, I am not moral; I am righteous.

“That at that time, ye were without Christ, being aliens from the common wealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye  who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ”                (Ephesians 2:12-13) An alien is simply a creature from another world. An unbeliever is still an alien as far as heaven is concerned. Being born again is the visa (permanent citizenship, green card) that secures your place in the country called heaven and this is only possible by the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus is our access route; our key to heaven.
