PREAMBLE This is a note to advise ourselves as a reminder on the essence of career development. I will be looking at a general overview of the process of career development. I will address the theoretical aspect of this discourse only and base the write-up on researched work, and as it progresses, it should access our individual lives as an empirical study. What does ‘career’ means and what does ‘career development’ means? What are the problems associated with career development in this age and what hope there is that it is tenable to develop a feasible career that can carry and individual through life? We act as if by worrying we can add a cubit to a string of our hair. We act as if we can read enough articles and enough quotes, and suddenly the little switch in our brain will put us into action. Only hopeful people will achieve set goals. Only hopeful people stay strong without giving up. Only hopeful people make it into their dreams. Hope is a very vital tool to making it in life. Hope is strenght, hope is the air we breath in everyday, and hope is continuation to the end. When you are hopeful you are not worried or in a hurry when others are because you know come rain come shine you will succeed even when and where others are failing, even when delayed you know you won't be denied. Freedom Freedom is the right to live as you wish. If you wish to free yourself from enslavement, you must chose freedom and the responsibility it entails. There is a price for every freedom, something to be given up for every liberty. Its up to you to weigh the price you must pay for each of your freedoms. And everything you want has a price. Freedom is the opportunity to make decisions. Its the capacity to take a hand in your own development. Freedom is the right to choose. Its the right to create for yourself the alternatives of choice. No one is free who is not master of himself. You are free to do whatever you would like. You need only face the consequences of your actions.

Good health is something many of us take for granted and never think about, until we get sick. When that happens, we’ve gotten in the habit of reaching for medication or seeing a doctor for relief. There’s nothing wrong with that, but Believers must not forget the origins of where true healing comes from. A sound mind and a healthy body keep us operating at peak efficiency, and they are blessings from God. Many wise doctors ask the Great Physician to work through them, because they know that there are some things even they can’t fix. Healing is more than just prescribing medications and performing surgery. The world’s medical and psychological communities now admit to the powerful effect the mind has on healing. This is confirmed in the Word of God. “A calm and undisturbed mind and heart are the life and health of the body, but envy, jealousy, and wrath are like rottenness of the bones” (Proverbs 14:30, AMP). Until the time that His word came Joseph was a victim of trials PSALMS 105 VS 19 - 20. He was a victim of delays and disappointment. Nobody seems to understand His. Beloved great men and women are victims of great trials most of the time. Yes they have a vision but lack motion at a time. Their present state looks COMPLETELY opposite of their future expectation. But there is a certain night and a set time When God's word will come to take you out of that situation to your desired expectation.
